Functional Team Training is a core strength and conditioning program, optimizing cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

Functional Team Training is designed for Teams, Policemen, Firefighters, or any committed individual regardless of
their experience. With new and challenging workouts every day that will keep you focused and keep you from getting bored. All of the workouts are designed to be 20-30 minutes long.
