Class Descriptions

Barre Classes

Barre Classes:

An evolution of the barre inspired work-out. This class is designed to tone and strengthen arm, thigh, gluteus and abdominal muscles. Using nothing more than light weights, small precise movements and perfect alignment clients will work these problem areas to a point of fatigue that standard strengthening programs fail to achieve. Following each strengthening series are target stretches aimed at molding the muscles into their desired shape. Come move, work, shape and mold for 60 minutes and begin your journey to sculpting the perfect you.

Body Pump

Group Strength:

This class is designed to challenge your power, strength, agility and overall fitness level. You will lift, sculpt, bound and lunge to up beat music. The instructor will inspire you to reach your potential, have fun and at the same time keep you moving for the whole class. You will leave this class feeling full of energy and with a sense of accomplishment!

Bosu Challenge

Power Vinyasa Yoga:

A dynamic athletic form of yoga. This invigorating flow will empower and transform your body, mind and soul. Matching breath with movement this class will challenge your yoga practice. Class moves at a pace to deepen your edge, push your limits and provide you with inner strength to take with you in your daily life challenges!

Core Boxing

Box N' Burn:

A combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts - is one of the most popular fitness trends to hit gymnasiums in recent years. This intense, total-body workout can improve core strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance.

Core Camp

Boot Camp:

Burn calories in this challenging 30 minutes class. You will see results fast as you lift, lunge, bound and squat to improve your strength, mobility, agility and power.

Cycle

Spin:

A 45 minutes cardiovascular workout based on the principles of cycling. Combining the rhythm of the music and the creative coaching from the instructor,you will leave feeling exhilarated and challenged!

Pilates Mat

"Bare" Spin:

A 60 minute cycling challenge based off of the principles of cycling. Utilizing our computers to better train your cadence, power and endurance. This high intensity class will not let you down, never expect the same ride twice!

Treading

Treadmill Class:

This cardio- interval class is designed to challenge your speed and/or endurance. The instructor will coach you to maximize your efforts, burn calories while leaving it all on the treadmill. 

Yoga

Beginner Yoga:

A classical yoga class with a focus on breath and asanas (postures). this class is a good place to learn the basics of yoga. You will focus on each asana to optimize your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual practice. A slow and meditative yoga to benefit any systems of the body; respiratory,immune, circulatory, nervous and respiratory.
